Wes Hatfield
Fitness Trainer
I’m a current elementary phys Ed teacher with four years of college baseball experience. I have also competed and won various powerlifting meets and natural bodybuilding shows. I’m looking to train athletes, powerlifters, bodybuilders, those seeking endurance training and clients who simply wish to improve themselves.
Liz Strong
Fitness Trainer
I am the co-owner of Strength Warehouse and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Health and fitness have always been an important part of my life. After spending the last several years digging deep into muscle development, clean nutrition, and lifestyle changes, I've decided I want to take my knowledge and experiences to help the lives of others.Setting goals, learning the ropes of weight lifting, the struggles that come with weight loss, and staying consistent to achieve those goals are just some of the things that I help my clients with.. I am passionate about seeing clients build confidence and make lifestyle changes are the reasons why I love personal training!I work with people of all ages and all fitness levels.
